Event Details
Join us for our Second Annual Literary Ball! Guests 18 and up can enjoy a live DJ, a book fair featuring local independent bookstores, and book-themed crafts. Plus, get your photo taken in the stacks by a professional photographer. This event will be held after the library closes.
Costumes are not required but if you do dress up, you can join the cosplay contest.
Schedule of activities:
- 7:30-10:00 p.m.: Mini Book Fair featuring The Book Burrow, Birdhouse Books, and Curio Mrvosa
- 7:30-10:00 p.m.: Book-themed crafts
- 7:30-10:00 p.m.: Book swap: Bring up to 5 books for our book swap station and pick out some new-to-you reads
- 7:30-10:00 p.m.: Quiet Reading Room
- 8:30-9:00 p.m.: Get your photo taken in the stacks
- 9:30 p.m.: Win a trophy at our Cosplay Contest

- Best Fantasy costume
- Best Romantasy costume
- Best Romance costume
- Best Couples costume
