Small Business Workshop: Business, Leadership, Success

We are offering a series of workshops on different subjects related to starting/running a small business led by SCORE volunteers, the nation’s largest network of expert business mentors. 

In this workshop, join Eddie Buckles for a discussion of Business Principles (Strategy, Innovation, Customer Focus, Adaptability, and Image) and the Qualities of Effective Leadership. He will conclude with the Definition of Success.

Eddie Buckles is a military veteran and accomplished business executive. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy with an engineering degree and played quarterback. Eddie served 10 years as a Naval Officer, leading teams in various challenging situations. After his military service, he became an executive business leader, driving success in multi-million dollar organizations. After 18 years in corporate leadership, Eddie transitioned to full-time entrepreneurship, leading his own multi-million-dollar logistics operation and becoming a public speaker through his company, "Work Your Dash." Eddie's extensive experience in leadership and business development allows him to inspire and motivate others towards success!
