STOP THE BLEED is a national campaign to encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives. It is a public/private partnership led by the Department of Defense and many other stakeholders. This presentation will be given by Tyrus Cox of Benchmark Self-Defense Systems.

Benchmark Self-Defense Systems is a dedicated training center focused on self-defense and life saving training.  Founded under the leadership of Tyrus Cox, the facility benefits from his 20 years as a health enthusiast, firearms safety instructor, and martial artist. Benchmark aims to empower individuals through expert guidance and dynamic training programs.
