Y is for Yoga, Kids Yoga: Let's build healthy minds and bodies through yoga with movement, games, songs, and an occasional book! This 30 minute program is appropriate for ages 5-8 and their caregivers. Mats will be available, or you may bring your own. Registration is not required.
Class is limited to 10 participants, first come, first served. Monthly on the second Wednesday at 4:30 pm.
This is the last one before we take a break for Summer Reading. Y is for Yoga will return September 11, 2024.
