Down Dogs and Dragonflies: Yoga for Kids & Tweens:  Let's build healthy minds and bodies through yoga with movement, breath, games, and an occasional song!  This program is appropriate for ages 5-12.

MakerGirl is a free program for everyone not just girls. Tweens between the ages of 8 and 12 may register to participate.
