This fun, five-week workshop series, gives parents/caregivers and their children ages 0-4 the opportunity to spend time together in a rich environment of toys, books, and art activities while making new friends and interacting one-on-one with a different community resource professional each week. Registration required. Parents/Caregivers do not need to register, however they will be expected to attend with their child. Register once for the whole 5 week series. Event Details:
Tween Hangout happens on Wednesday at the library! Each week features interactive activities that encourage creativity and promote reading, science, art, and more. It’s a great opportunity to learn, create, and make new friends in a welcoming space. - All materials and supplies will be provided by the library.
- No registration needed – unless otherwise noted on the online calendar.
Tween Book Club is part of Tween Hangout. It happens every first Wednesday from October through May. A limited number of free copies will be available at tween events the month prior to each book club meeting – first come, first served. Tweens will enjoy this evening applying their engineering knowledge and being creative while building with straws, brainy flakes and more.
