Celebrate Asian American Heritage Month and learn to paint orchid flowers using watercolors and markers with guest artist Rita Wang.
In Chinese culture, orchids often represent nobility, elegance, and the qualities of a gentleman. They are one of the “Four Gentlemen” (四君子) in traditional Chinese art, which are plants that symbolize virtuous traits.
Registration is required and begins April 30 at 8 p.m. This event is for those 18 and up only.
