Down Dogs and Dragonflies: Yoga for Kids & Tweens:  Let's build healthy minds and bodies through yoga with movement, breath, games, and an occasional song!  This 30 minute program is appropriate for ages 5-12.  (Those 5-8 will need to bring along an adult caregiver.) Mats will be available or you may bring your own.  Registration is required and will open 1 week in advance.

Class is limited to 10 participants.   Monthly on the second Tuesday at 6:00 pm.
