Anyone 5 & up is welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Groups of about 15 people will get 10 minutes to visit with our animal guests. Those interested can return to the line for another session if spots have not filled.

This is an inclusive group where folks of all ages, gender identities, skills and experience levels can work on their fiber creations or learn skills with fiber artists. The emphasis is on building an excited and supportive community. Note that this is a club for crafters, not an instructional class.

Fiber arts included, but are not limited to crochet, knitting, macrame, embroidery, weaving, spinning, cross stitch, tatting and sewing. Not a fiber artist? No problem! Bring a different type of project to work on.

Please bring a project to work on. While all ages are welcome at this group, anyone under the age of 12 must have an adult with them to participate.

Join us at the library for Baby Time filled with books, songs, and fun. This 30 minute event is for children up to 18 months with an adult. 

Tips for a Successful Baby Time Visit

  • If you or your child is sneezing, coughing, or not feeling well, visit us another day.
  • Arrive on time so that you don't miss any of the fun.
  • Participate actively with your child. If it is physically comfortable for you, sit on the floor with your child.
  • Put your phone away and save adult conversations until after Baby Time.
  • Wait to eat snacks until after Baby Time.
  • If Baby Time is not holding your child's attention, step out of the room until they are ready to rejoin the group.
  • Transition your child to different library programs when they are ready.
